ജനുവരി 2ന്  തിയറ്ററുകളിൽ എത്തിയ ചിത്രമാണ് മാളികപ്പുറം.സംവിധയകാൻ വിഷ്ണു ശശി ശങ്കറിന്റെ  ചിത്രത്തിൽ ഉണ്ണിമുകുന്ദൻ ആണ് നായകൻ ആയിട്ട് എത്തുന്നത്. ചിത്രം റിലീസ് ചെയിതു തിയറ്ററുകയിൽ നല്ലരീതിയിൽ ഉള്ള പ്രേക്ഷക പ്രതികരണം ആയിരുന്നു ലഭിച്ചത്. ചിത്രത്തിൽ മാളികപ്പുറമായിട്ട് ശബരിമലയിൽ പോകാൻ നിൽക്കുന്ന കല്ലു എന്ന കൊച്ചു കുട്ടിയുടെ  കഥയാണ് ചിത്രത്തിൽ പറയുന്നത്. അയ്യപ്പനെയും കാലുവിനെയും പി ഉഷിനെയും പ്രേക്ഷകർ ഇരു കായും നൈറ്റി സ്വികരിച്ചു എന്ന് തന്നെ പറയാം .

ചിത്രം മലയാളത്തിന് പുറമെ മറ്റു ഭാഷകളിലും റിലീസ് ചെയിതിരികുകയാണ്.ചിത്രം റിലീസ് ചെയിതു 40  ദിവസ പിന്നിടുമ്പോൾ 100  കോടി വർൾഡ്‌വൈഡ് വിജയം നേടിയിരിക്കുകയാണ് മാളികപ്പുറം.  എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ വിജയത്തിൽ ആരാധകരോട് നന്ദി പറഞ്ഞു തന്റെ സോഷ്യൽ എത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാണ് ഉണ്ണിമുകുന്ദൻ.

മുത്തശ്ശി പറഞ്ഞ അയ്യപ്പന്റെ കഥകൾ കേട്ട് ശബരിമലക്ക് പോകാൻ ഏറെ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കല്ലു മോൾ. അച്ഛൻ കൊണ്ട് വരുന്ന തേൻമിട്ടായിയിൽ നിന്നും അയ്യപ്പന് പ്രേത്യേകം നൽകുന്ന ആ സീൻ. സുഹൃത്തിനെ പോലെ അയ്യപ്പനോട് കളിച്ചു തമാശയും പറഞ്ഞു അയ്യപ്പനെ നേരിൽ കാണാൻ ഇരിക്കുന്ന ആ കുഞ്ഞി മാളികപ്പുറം ആണ് പ്രേക്ഷകരുടെ പ്രിയയങ്കരി.അയ്യപ്പൻ കാവിൽ പോയി ശബരിമലയിൽ നോക്കുന്ന ആ കുഞ്ഞു മനസ് എത്രമാത്രം അയ്യപ്പനെ കാണാൻ  ആഗ്രഹികുനുണ്ട എന്നുള്ളത് എല്ലാവര്ക്കും മനസിൽആകുന്നുണ്ട് .

എന്നാൽ തന്റെ  മകളുടെ ആഗ്രഹം സാധിച്ചു കൊടുക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി മലേക്ക് പോകാൻ  അച്ഛൻ മകളുമായി  പോയി മലയിടുകയും മകളെ സ്കൂളിൽ  കൊണ്ട് വിടുകയും സ്കൂൾ ചെല്ലുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള മകളുടെ  സന്തോഷം കണ്ടു സന്തോഷവാനായി തിരികെ പോകുന്ന അച്ചായി. ഒരുപാട്  കടങ്ങൾ ഉള്ള ഒരു കൊച്ചു കുടുംബമാണ്  ബാങ്ക് ലോൺ പലിശയ്ക്ക് പണം എടുത്തത് ഇത്ഒകെ തിരികെ നൽകാൻ ആവാതെ  വിഷമത്തിൽ ആകുന്ന അച്ചായി. മകളുടെ മുന്നിൽ ഇട്ടു പലിശക്കാരൻ തല്ലുന്നത്  കണ്ടു മകൾ കരഞ്ഞത് കണ്ടു നെഞ്ച് പിടഞ്ഞ അച്ചായി മകളെ രാവിലെ സ്കൂളിൽ കൊണ്ട് പോയി വിടുകയും പിന്നിട് ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയുകയും.തന്റെ മകളെ കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം കർമങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യാവോള് എന്ന് എഴുതി വെച്ച അച്ചായി.

എന്നാൽ അവിടെ ആണ് മാളികപുറത്തിന്റെ നെഞ്ച് പൊട്ടിപോകുന്നത്. ഏറെ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു അയ്യപ്പനെ കാണാൻ പോകാൻ ഇരുന്ന മാളികപ്പുറം അച്ചായി ഒത്തു അയ്യപ്പനെ കാണാൻ വരും  എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ ആ  കുഞ്ഞി മാളികപുറത്തിന്റെ സ്വപ്ങ്ങൾ ആണ് അവിടെ ഇല്ലാതെ ആയതു അച്ഛയും ഒത്തുപോയി ഇട്ട മാല ഉരുകയും തന്റെ അച്ഛയും തന്നെ വിട്ടു പോയ നിമിഷമായിരുന്നു അത്. അത് കണ്ടു കരഞ്ഞവർ ആണ് പ്രേക്ഷകർ എല്ലാം തന്നെ. എന്നാൽ തന്റെ ആഗ്രഹം സാധിച്ചു കൊടുക്കാൻ അയ്യപ്പനും കുട്ടു നിന്ന് മാളികപുരത്തിനെയും  സുഹൃത്തിനെയും ശബരിമലയിൽ എത്തിക്കുകയും അയ്യപ്പനോട് എന്റെ അച്ഛയ്ക് ഒരു ആപത്തും വരുത്തരുതേ എന്ന് പറയുന്ന മാളികപ്പുറം&#8230;എന്നാൽ മാളികപുത്രത്തിനു രണ്ടാം ഭാഗം ഉണ്ടാകുമോ എന്നുള്ള ചർച്ചയിൽ ആണ് മാളികപ്പുറം ആരാധകർ&#8230;
